We are pleased to announce that the 2025 CBMI conference banquet will take place on the evening of the 23rd October in the hallowed surroundings of the crypt of ChristChurch Cathedral in Dublin. The cathedral was founded in the early 11th century, rebuilt in stone in the late 12th century and it was was extensively renovated and rebuilt in the late 19th century. The banquet will take place in the crypt, which is the largest cathedral crypt (63.4m long) in Britain or Ireland, constructed in 1172–1173.

We are delighted to have secured the Teeling Distillery for the CBMI welcome reception on the evening of the 22nd October. The Teeling Whiskey Distillery opened its doors in 2015 as the first new distillery in Dublin for over 125 years. The evening will include a guided tour and the chance to experience the complete whiskey-making process with a Teeling Whiskey Ambassadors. Not to be missed!
